Royal Touch a responsible e-Waste recycler will collect and recycle all the e-Waste we placed in the market in an environmentally friendly way and process in an environmentally sound manner.

COLLECTION CENTER

Royal Touch established the collection channels across India by partnered with All India Roadways to collect the end-of-life/e-Waste products. Royal touch planning to extend our collection channels more from now within this year to ease the customer life of return the e-Waste or end-of-life products for environmentally sound recycling howeveralso partner with local collection centres of all the states to empower the collection mechanism. It will be established soon in the later stage according to the consumer response and attainment of collection targets.

SPECIFIC COLLECTION SCHEME

• a. BUYBACK SCHEME


• Royal Touch offer buyback program refers to a limited period scheme to buy-back old and repaired EEE Products and accessories from individual customers with some pre-conditions are met.


• Customer may award with more returns when they are returning quantifiable amount of used EEE Products and accessories


• A maximum of three (3) old gadgets may be exchanged by the Customer per purchase of a refurbished product


• All exchanged old gadgets collected as part of this Buyback Program which violate any of the declarations made during the process of calculating buyback amount in the calculator will be returned and Customer will have to bear all associated return-shipment charges. An Example of violation is customer declaring screen is intact, but screen actually being cracked.


• b. EXCHANGE SCHEME


• In this case, the customer exchanges the old product for a refurbished one. The old product’s exchange value is deducted from the price of the refurbished product.


• This sales promotion tool is applied during festive seasons to enhance the usage of refurbished products instead new one that helps to save our natural resources
